I usually get hit up by alot of people who want me to do write ups for their music and there have been instances where I received some real good material and at times REALLY BAD, But when I heard First Strike from up and coming Bronx Emcee ILA R Sandman, I knew this guy lived, breathed, and shit hip hop music. You can even tell by his views of the Rap Game, his opinions on the WWE, TNA, on his You-tube Channel where you get to know more of the man behind the craft.
What I like about the track Panic was that it was the type of track that puts alot of the Rap game on notice. Panic is a clear aim at the Industry’s current soft climate of weak emcees and skinny jean wearing rappers. These type of songs are needed because there’s clearly alot of foulness going on and I’m glad that these guys are calling it for what it is.It’s gonna take the Underground and rappers whom aren’t on the status Quo to speak out. Shout out to Sage Mckenzie and ILR Da Sandman for supplying a banging cut.
